How neat! I liked some of the measurements given in the ingredients and measurements section ... butter the size of a walnut, butter the size of a goose egg, etc.

Oh this is so cool! Funny that Melanie mentioned the measurements-I just looked at a recipe of Grandma's that calls for butter the size of an egg!

Sorry I didn't see this until today :)

The Bennets

Taking a cue from Zelie I've decided to rename my kids after the five daughters in one of my favorite literary works "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen. Henceforth my five daughters shall be known as Jane, Elizabeth "Lizzy", Mary, Catherine "Kitty", and Lydia. It will be a bit confusing for me at first, as our Elisabeth will not be Elizabeth. ;o) But it will be fun. I've always had a hard time giving my youngest three clever names, and now this will solve the problem. I will change their names in the side bar later.
