Hello from o-HI-o!

We looked at four houses today.... one in a beautiful setting near a small river, but not enough bedrooms (or bedrooms without windows or closets!) and the lot was too small... one on a big beautifully landscaped lot, but the house was too small... another on a big lot that had once been beautiful, but housed a house and guest house full of mold, straw, varmits and animal feces (UGH!!)... and the fourth was positively gorgeous, as if it had been custom built for our family. The owners have four daughters... two teens and two little ones! The house is about 2-3 years old and the 13 acre lot has not been landscaped, it's mostly wooded, but it has potential. So far it's the keeper, but we have five houses to view tomorrow... One of those I know will also be gorgeous, but $100,000 more expensive and 5 years older... but also 10 miles closer to the office plus nearly 1,000 more square feet, and it has had more landscaping done... so we'll see!
