The Simple Woman's Daybook - 14 April 2008

FOR TODAY

Outside my Window...a very dark night without stars or moon

I am thinking...how quiet the house is when it's asleep

I am thankful for... the Lord allowing Jane to remain with us after the anaphylactic response to her allergy shots today... she was almost gone so quick.

From the kitchen... planning steak, potatoes and asparagus for dinner.

I am creating... white curtains for my bedroom.

I am going...to call Jane's allergist first thing in the morning.

I am reading..."Passionate Housewives Desperate for God"

I am hoping...for a non-eventful week spent at home doing housework, caring for babies, and homeschooling

I am hearing...the heater... it's 32 degrees outside... where is Spring?

Around the house... are sleeping children

One of my favorite things... baby snuggles

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week... getting the guest room ready for Steadfast's sister and niece! :)

Here is a picture thought I am sharing for you... Bronwyn at seven weeks.

How scary about Jane! Glad to hear she's okay. (((HUGS)))

And give that sweet baby a few kisses and snuggles from me. :)

Praise God for His faithful protection! I've gone thru a few scary events like that with my oldest (allergy induced asthma).
I'm enjoying my first visit here & hope to return again soon.

How frightening Heather. I'm so thankful that Jane is Ok. You make the sweetest, most beautiful little girls btw.
